Outfitted using special processing techniques and fiberglass material, Filtertex’s fiberglass filter cloth and bag is an ideal high temperature resistant filtration material, widely used in industrial dust removal, air pollution control and powder recycling.

Notes:
1. PCA method: This method requires the continuous service temperature of 180°C and provides an excellent water proof performance, making it suitable for industrial fume purification, cement milling machines and various dryers.
2. PS1 method: The continuous service temperature of the PS1 processing method is 280°C and is suitable for the filtration of carbon black in cement plants, furnaces and more.
3. PS2 method: The working temperature is no higher than 280°C and the PS2 method is appropriate for dust and powder control in blast furnaces, electric furnaces and more.
4. FQ method: While the working temperature is below 260°C, the filter materials feature an excellent waterproof performance and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for acid dust and powder filtration, especially in environments with varied fluctuations in temperature and moisture levels.
5. The fiberglass filter cloth complies with JC/T768-1996 standards.

Warnings:
1. The selection of our fiberglass filter cloth and bag should be done in accordance with actual working conditions.
2. The dust cleaning method depends on the types of filter cloth. Typically, a counter blowing method is applicable for continuous glass fiber or bulk yarn filtration material. The pulse cleaning method is more suited to fiberglass needle felt filter bags.
3. Different filtration speeds need different filtration materials. The filtering speed choices should take into consideration the properties of various filtration materials. An ideal combination of the filtration material and the filtration speed is important to the best possible operation of the dusting machine. A filtration speed that is too fast not only decreases the service life of the filter bag, but it also has a significant impact on the dust collecting efficiency, dust cleaning and operating resistance.
