Acid Fume Scrubber

The acid fume scrubber is automatic mist absorption purification equipment suitable for alkali solution neutralization. Gas treated by this equipment is sucked into the inlet by the turbine and flows through the first filter layer and reacts with the atomized solution. The gas then flows into the second filter layer to finish the neutralization reaction. In the third filter layer, it is cleaned by the 3-level atomization solution and is finally passed through the de-mister and released into the air.

The filtration system is suitable for the treatment of the following gases: Sulfuric acid mist (H2SO4), Hydrochloric acid mist (HCL), Hydrogen fluoride mist (HF), Chromic acid mist (C2O5), Hydrocyanic acid mist (HCN), Hydrogen sulfide (H2S), Nitrogen mist (NH5) and other water-soluble gases.

The purification efficiency of the system can be up to 92%-98%. The equipment is noted for its outstanding anti-corrosion properties and effectiveness.
