Fiberglass needle felt features a high performance structure, excellent properties and a high temperature resistance. Not only does it have the advantages of traditional fiberglass materials (temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, little to no deformation, little to no elongation, and high strength), but the glass fiber needle felt has a single layer and 3D microporous structure, providing an excellent porosity, low air resistance, fast filtering speed and a high efficiency.
Features 1. The fiberglass needle felt uses 100% glass fiber, with a fiber diameter of 3.8-6u.
2. The effective scrim ensures a high strength and little to no deformation.
3. A 3D microporous structure ensures a porosity of 80% and over 99.5% in filtration effects.
4. As it is processed with high molecular compounds, our fiber needle felt has a high corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and flexibility.
5. The working temperature can be as high as 260°C.
6. The filtration speed ranges 0.8-1m/minute.
