QY16D truck crane adopts our self-made truck chassis with D6114 engine from Shanghai Diesel Engine Company or optional WD415.21 engine from Hangzhou Hangfa Electrical Equipment Company. Its 4-section telescopic boom is designed with hexagonal cross-section to assure high strength, so it is able to offer a high lifting capacity up to 16 ton. The main boom ensures a maximum hoisting height of 30.7m. Plus a jib, the equipment is able to achieve a maximum lifting height of 38.5m. Every performance of the crane is leading in China.

Design and Performance Features
1. The truck crane is equipped with complete safety installations such as automatic moment limiter, hoist height limiter and working radius indicator. Illuminators are also available to facility operation at night.
2. Driver cab is equipped with shock absorbent adjustable seat and adjustable steering wheel to provide maximized conformableness. Air conditioner is available as well. Newly designed operator's cab is spacious, comfortable and offers operators a large view angle.
3. The hoisting system is equipped with a gravity lowering device to help improve working efficiency. A constant-closed external contracting brake makes equipment operation safe and reliable.
4. The truck crane is designed with side-mounted jib, single cylinder for front support elevating, full hydraulic system, and large span H-shaped extendable outriggers, which assures large lifting capacity and great stability. In addition, the frame in box-type structure offers high torsion resistance and ensures structural stability as well.
5. Meticulously designed boom sheaves effectively avoid rope-disorder.
6. The slewing system adopts a special type gear reducer to help absorb shock, thus allowing the crane to work smoothly and stably.
7. The truck crane is designed to work in different environment. It is ideal for use in plateau area and other hazard environment for instance.
8. Air circuit with a dryer improves its reliability greatly.
