Steel C Channel / C Profile

We make C section steel profiles through a cold bending process. The C profile features a thin wall, light weight, and a cross section with a great performance and high strength. The steel C channel requires 30% less steel when compared to a traditional steel channel of the same strength. It serves as a purline or wall beam in structural steel applications. The steel beam is also used as a pillar, girder and arm in light manufacturing industries. Users can assemble multiple C sections together to form a light weight roof truss or rack.

Note: Theoretically, the length of C steel section can be decided according to specific customer requirements in order to accommodate engineering designs, but we need to take into account limits of transportation and installation. Hence, the overall length usually doesn’t exceed 12m. In addition, customers should provide specific parameters about punched holes if they are required on the C section steel.
