Sizing Rolls

As a crucial component to sizing mills, a sizing roll allows steel tubes to be produced with a high precision boundary dimension. Our sizing rolls are widely used in sizing mills for welded tubes, section steel, seamless tubes and profiles.

The hardness is HRC58-62, and rolls are made from a variety of materials, including 45, GCr15, GCr15SiMn, Cr12, 9Cr2Mo, and Cr12MoV. The different materials allow customers to choose which one best suits their needs based on actual working conditions.
