Rotary Disc Filter
Rotary disc filter is a vertical and discal vacuum filtration device which is made of number of discs stacked on top of each other. Made of polypropylene plastics, the light-weight filter plate is able to withstand corrosion. Stepless speed regulation of the transmission mechanism can be achieved, which enables users to adjust rotating speed of the main shaft as required.
The filter is suitable for filtration of fine-grained and slurry-bearing concentrate. Generally, it is used to filter concentrate and tailings in a flotation process and for dehydration of fine-grained minerals such as non-ferrous metal minerals. The filter is also able to accomplish solid-liquid separation in many areas including metallurgy industry, chemical industry, and petroleum industry as well as sewage treatment.
