Our 2200 tons self-propelled modular trailer isassembled by two units of 6-axes self-propelled traction power module and 18units of trailer module. The power module platform can be lifted 325mm andlowered 290mm, and can tow the maximum mass of 1000t and keep speed stabilityduring driving. In addition, the module uses micro-electric control technologyto make the steering system work in a predetermined mode, so as to ensure splaysteering of the whole vehicle and synchronous operation of two power modulesused in parallel.

This power module of our self-propelled modular trailer is designed with no caband provided with wired remote control. It adopts electronic control componentsinstalled in a sealed cabinet, and LCD display and display meter for reflectionof the operating parameter, as well as alarm system and check system. Thelighting settings of headlights, turn signals, outline marker lamps, taillights, navigation lights, etc., are in accordance with relevant provisions, soas to ensure safe operation of the hydraulic modular trailer. Due to timelyfault detection, the power module can be repaired and maintained on siteconveniently.
