The DCY150G pallet carrier is mainly used for materials transport insteelworks. It consists of power plant, transmission, hydraulic suspension andlift system, hydraulic steering system, traveling system, braking system,micro-electric control system, centralized lubrication device, chassis, cab,and other components.

Our palletcarrier adopts the TCD 2015 V08 engine, which is imported from German DEUTZCompany and provided with the rated power of 440kW. Taking into account thecharacteristics of transport in steel mills, the rated power of the adoptedengine is in line with ISO 3046 standard and above GB/T6072 standard.  In addition, this type of engine makes use ofpressurized cooling air intake and fuel direct injection, and comes with compactstructure, large power volume ratio, low fuel consumption, low noise, largetorque reserve coefficient, long service life, reliable operation, simplemaintenance, etc.

The engine of our pallet carrier complies with Europe III and U.S. EnvironmentalProtection Agency Level 3 emission standards. It utilizes the desert air filterand the large volume fuel tank that can meet the needs of three-shiftproduction. What’s more, the engine throttle is controlled by the linear motor.This can be achieved by the driver through the pedals in the cab. The enginecan also be equipped with the diesel emergency stop device in the cab and onboth sides of the transporter, as well as the larger capacity charger and coldstart facility.
