The QLY9096 hydraulic wheeled tower crane is manufactured based on our morethan 20 years scientific research and design experience in the fully hydraulicwheeled vehicle and electric power construction crane, as well as the characteristicsof onshore wind power construction.

The tower crane can meetthe installation requirements of 2.5MW or below wind turbines for major windturbine manufacturers at home and abroad. When applied, the mobile craneachieves a maximum lifting height of 96m and a maximum lifting weight of 90t,while the improved one comes with a maximum lifting height of 115m and amaximum lifting weight 65t.

The crane chassis adopts the sophisticated hydraulic independent suspension andindependent steering systems, and the wheels can be self-adjusted within therange of ± 300mm according to the road conditions. Hence, the vehicle can meetcomplex road traffic requirements.

Considering the hilly and desert landforms of construction site, the hydraulicwheeled tower crane uses three-section telescopic tower and three-sectionfolding boom. This helps to obtain a high gradeability of 20%. Designed with 18m length and4.5m width, the vehicle can travel on 5m road.
