High Pressure Suspension Grinder
-1500kg high pressure spring is fixed to the roller suspender in the main frame. After the grinder is put into effect, the roller gyrates around the main shaft and rolls closely against the grinding ring. Pressure of this machine is 1.2 degree bigger than Raymond mill. The material is shoveled into the space between the roller and the ring of high pressure suspension grinder for grinding after loaded into the grinding cavity. Then grinded powder goes into classifier along with the circulation wind of the blower. Powder with standard fineness is guided to the cyclone collector as finished product. Larger size stuff falls back to the grinder for regrinding. To repeat the above process, circulation wind returns to the blower and after wind enters bag dust cleaner for purification. It is strongly recommended to adjust the length of the spring to maintain the constant pressure between the roller and the ring when there is abrasion between roller and ring to ensure stable output and fineness.
