Note: 1. Input material should bebrittle material with Mohs hardness not more than 7.
2. Hot air is needed only when there is a requirement that water percentage offinal product should be less than raw material.
3. If the material is hard to grind, large value should be applied on motorpower.
There are many features of verticalgrinding mill. In the first place, it has low running cost. To be morespecific, material is grinded directly on the disc so energy consumption islow. In addition to that, roller is not in direct contact with the disc duringoperation and roller and liner are made by quality materials, so this machinehas less wearing and long service life. Secondly, operation of this machine issimple and reliable. Remote control can be realized through automatic controlsystem so operation of this machine is easy.
Of course, there is a device which can prevent roller sleeve from directcontacting with disc liner, thus avoiding destructive impact and severevibration. At the same time, repairing fuel tank can be done through turningrotating arm and roller and liner are very convenient to replace, savingprecious time. Last but not least, verticalgrinding mill can conserve energy and protect environment. This machinehas small vibration, low noise and excellent sealing device as a whole. Besidesthat, there is no pressure or dust spill during operation process.
Vertical Grinding Mill VS Ball Mill
1. Theconstruction area and building space of verticalgrinding mill are just 70% and 50-60% of ball mill respectively, thusreducing infrastructure investment.
2. Compared with ball type machine, energy consumption of LM series is 30% to40% less.
3. For ball type machine, impurities for one ton oflimestone are about 500gand metal loss is great. However, influence of metal impurities on whitenessand purity of the finished product can be reduced in vertical grinding mill. At the same time, there is only 5 ~ 10g metal loss for one ton of limestone whichmeans that 95% can be saved.
4. LM series has little dust and noise. To be morespecific, noise is some 80dB which is 20 ~ 30dB higher than its counterpart.
5. For LM series, there is no over-crushed phenomenonwhich is very common in ball type machine. Another thing is the product sizefor ball type machine is very uneven.
6. Hot gas is adopted in LM series to transport material so it can control theinlet air temperature until product reached the final moisture when grindingmaterial contains a large amount of water. Precisely, vertical grinding mill can dry 12-15% of the moisture of materialwhich is 3-4% than its counterpart.
7. Wearing parts and the whole machine of LM seriesenjoy longer service life compared with its counterpart.
8. External thin oil station is adopted in these twomachines so other periodic lubrication projects can be completed outside.
9. LM series has significant bigger capacity than itscounterpart.
10. Many items of LM series are easy to adjust such as product fineness, rollerpressure and other items.
11. There is lowerfailure rate in LM series so operation is more stable and reliable.
