Crystal stevia is the crystalizedmanifestation of steviol glycoside.  In its normal state steviolglycoside appears as a white powder, 80 ~ 100 mesh, with a very light density of0.25g~0.30 g/ml.  This substance becomes easily airborne and canbe inhaled involuntarily during usage.  Steviol glycoside is entirely safe for human consumption, butpeople generally do not feel inclined to do so.  Therefore, we reprocess steviapowder into a crystalized form.  At 30 ~ 50 mesh and 0.55 ~ 0.60g/ml, this substance greatly resemblesthe sugar granule and dissolves slightly slower than its powder form. With zero calories, crystal stevia is ideal forindividuals with a predisposition for healthy, natural alternatives to sugar.  This product is alsoavailable in convenient 150g,250g, or 300g plastic bags for household use.  OEM services are provided upon request.
