The pneumatic V type ballvalve is one of the fixed ball valves and also the single-seat sealing ballvalves. With the equal percentage flow characteristic, it reaches a 100:1regulating ratio, the best regulating performance in ball valves. Due to theshear effect between the V type notch and the metal seat, it is particularlysuitable for slurry or liquid containing fiber and micro solid particles.

The pneumatic ball valves enjoy the similarity of 90° rotation and the differenceof spherical valve plug with a circular orifice or channel through its axis. Theyare applied in the cutting, distributing and changing the direction of theflow. With a small angular moment and 90° rotation, it can stop the flowcompletely and is especially suitable for the switching and blocking use.

Featuring simple structure, small size, low weight, no vibration and low noise,the pneumatic V type ball valve is convenient in use. It is ideal in theapplications of frequent operating and fast on-off. With good sealingperformance, the flow direction and installing direction are not restricted.
