Check valve is also calledone-way valve, and it can automatically open and close disc by means of thematerial flowing. Screwed check valve is a valve whose body is connected to thecap by means of thread connection. Screwed check valve has advantages of easymaintenance, and it is mainly used to prevent material from flowing in thereverse direction, prevent pump and motor from rotating in the reversedirection. There are usually two common problems of screwed check valve,that is, broken disc and material reverse flowing. In order to solve theseproblems, our company specially designs a new check valve. This new check valveis made of high quality stainless steel which has advantages of good toughnessinstead of cast steel and brass which are usually used in other check valves.Then the disc is not easy to break. Sealing surface is manufactured by means ofhigh precision CNC manufacturing technology and is made of high qualitymaterial, so material can not flow in reverse direction. Besides, the screw ishigh precision manufactured by means of precision CNC manufacturing technology,has advantages of high precision and small dimension tolerance. And this alsoprevents leaking.
