The flow passagecomponents of EHRcorrosion resistant slurry pump are mainly made of natural rubber, which possess preferableresistance to wear and corrosion. Other synthetic rubber is also availableaccording to the customer’s working condition. Our product can adopt doublepump casing. Besides, its pump body and pump cover can be linedwith replaceable corrosion resistant rubber and are connected with bolts.

The discharge openingof our pump can be installed from anydirection of the optional eight angles.Furthermore, the front and rear cover of the impeller is accompanied with backblade, which can not only reduce the leakage but also improve the pumplifespan.

What’s more, the transmission part of our corrosion resistant slurry pumpincludes the bracket andthe bearing assembly. Due to the large diameter of pump shaft and great rigidity, our product will not bend orvibrate even under the bad working conditions. In accordance with the drivingpower, the optional bearing can guarantee to sustain the pump Maximum axial andradial loads.

This corrosion resistant slurry pump can provide such specification forallowable maximum power as 15kW, 120kW, 300kW, 1200kW and more, as well as suchspecification for impeller diameters as 178mm, 510mm,686mm, 1067mm and so on.
