The rotarydryer is designed for drying materials in building material, metallurgy,chemical, coal and fertilizerindustries. We can offer different types of dryers with drying capacity from 0.8t/h to 34t/h. The drying equipment is composed of rotary drum, material-lifting plate,transmission system, and more.

Working Principle of the Rotary Dryer
Materials are fed from the higher end of the rotary drum, and the heatingmedium from the lower end. Sometimes, the material and the heat medium are fedinto the drum at the same end. When the drum is rotating, the materials movetowards the lower end due to gravity. During the moving process, the materialsget heat from the heating medium and thus are dried. Finally, the driedmaterials are discharged from the outlet, and the rotary dryer can be used in combination witha belt conveyor or a screw conveyer to deliver the discharging materials.
The rotary drum insidewall is mounted with material-lifting plates to lift and then scatter thematerials, thus increasing materials’ surface area exposed to the heatingmedium. This is an effective way to increase the drying speed of therotary drying machine.
Typically, the heating medium is heated air or flue gas. In order to ensureenvironmental friendly, our rotary dryers can be connected to a cycloniccollector to collect the materials carried by the heating medium before discharging it intothe ambient air. To assure much better cleanness, the bag filter or wet dustcollector can be utilized.
