Ore Concentrator
The oreconcentrator consists of a concentration tank and a scraper primarily. In thetank, the solid particles suspended in the ore slurry will gradually sink tothe bottom and clean water is at the upper part. The scraper then functions toscrape the solid materials to the discharging hole at the central bottom of theconcentration tank, thus enabling the solid particles to be discharged. Cleanwater can be discharged by overflowing from the top of the tank. Thus, onlyuseful mineral ores are left in the tank finally. This is how the oreconcentrator works.
With simple workingprocess, our ore concentrators are extensively used for ore concentration andtailings dewatering in beneficiation industry. In addition, they can also beused to concentrate and purify slurry materials in coal, chemical, buildingmaterial and sewage treatment industries. They are easy for maintenance andhave reliable performance as well.
Large sized ore concentrator is inconvenient for transportation. So, if clientsneed a large sizedconcentration equipment, they can choose to make the concentration tank bythemselves, and we offer only the driving and transmission systems.
