The mesh belt dryer utilizes a 12 to 60 mesh steel wire mesh beltto facilitate material drying. Firstly, spread the materials uniformly on thesteel mesh. Then, during operation, the mesh belt will move back and forthinside the dryer, the hot air flows through the materials, and the water vaporis discharged from a hole. Thus, the materials are dried finally.

The drying box of our mesh belt dryer is composed of several sections withstandard size. In order to save space, the drying box can be designed intomultiple layers, and we can offer our mesh belt drying machines of two-roomthree-layer and two-room five-layer types. The total drying length ranges from 6m to 40m and effective mesh width is between 0.6m and 3.0m.

Our mesh belt dryer is applicable for continuous drying of flaked, stripped andgranular materials with good air permeability. It is commonly used inindustries such as chemical, foodstuff, medical, construction material, andelectronics. The drying equipment can also be used to reduce the water contentin paste-like materials after the material is shaped by a granulator orextruder.
