Sand casting is mainly used to produce small and middle sized casting products,and the maximum weight of casting product is 3 ton and the minimum weight is 100g. There are many materials available suchas stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, ductile steel, gray pig steel,aluminum and copper. In order to meet the requirements of customers all overthe world, our company produces casting products compliant to ASTM, AISI, JIS,DIN and BS. Advanced equipments, such as spectrum analyzer, X ray testingmachine, mechanical property test equipment, rigiscan,metallographic testing equipment, CMM, are also installed to make sure that ourcasting product is qualified.

Our company adopts a series of advanced sand casting processes to produce differentkinds of high quality sand casting products, such as steel castings, aluminumsand casting and iron sand casing. The mould is usually made of outer mould andcore. The outer mould is usually made of siliceous sand, chromitesand and emery sand. There are different cores such as clay core and resin coreaccording to different binders. In order to improve the sand casting surfacequality, fire proof material is used. Then we can get casting products ofhigher strength and rigidity as well as better anti-corrosion ability.
