The flotation machine is ideal for recycling useful minerals and separationof ferrous metals, non-ferrousmetals, precious metals,non-metallic minerals, coal slime and chemical raw materials, etc. Each flotationtank comes with triple functions that are air suction, oreslurry suction and flotation separation, so the flotation machine can workindependently without any ancillary equipment. It is horizontally configured,so it is easy for flotation process changing and maximally reduces the sinkingof coarse ore minerals.
Working Principle
The floatation equipment primarily consists of an electric motor,impellers, and a scraper. While the motor driving the main shaft, the impellersat the lower part of the main shaft will rotate and generate centrifugal forceto produce negative pressure inside the flotation machine. Thus, the airoutside will be sucked into the machine to be mixed with the ore slurry, andmeanwhile the slurry is stirred to be mixed with the chemical agents.
Due to stirring of the mixture, bubbles are generated. Some mineral ores willadhere on the bubble surface and float to the mixture surface to be mineralizedbubbles. Through adjusting the scraper height, the flotation machine collectsthe mineralized bubbles and thus achieving the goal of material separation.
