The Automatic CNC Bending Machine, also calledCNC Channel Letter Bending Machine or Character Bending Machine is a piece ofadvertising production equipment, which can be used for logos, signs, neonsigns, billboards, light boxes production, outdoor advertising and otheradvertising production.

1. The CNC bending machine features a user-friendly interface with asimple configuration and touch-screen operation. Simply enter the text and/orgraphic design files, and then the machine can process them automatically.
2. A unique three-dimensional simulation process and two-dimensionaldesign file to be able to display three-dimensional effects enable full observationand monitoring of the whole working process.
3. The CNC bending machine boasts the original double-bent parallel knifebending technology to save time and greatly improve the processing efficiency. Themaximum bending angle is 130°.
4. High precision machining, feeding precision can reach 0.01mm, bendingaccuracy up to 0.4°.
5. With a precision automatic calibration function, the CNC bender can meet avariety of complex embedded processes to ensure maximum accuracy.
6. The CNC bending machine can process 0-1.5mm strip of aluminum,galvanized steel, iron, and other sheet metals.
7. It can work together with laser engraving machines and plasma cuttingmachines to complete an entire production process.
