1. The CNC channel letter bending machine comes with a user-friendlyinterface that features simple configuration and touch-screen operation. Simplyenter the text and/or graphic design files, and then the machine can processthem automatically.
2. Automatically feed and notch two sides (angel 45-135) using a Japaneselinear rolling module (screw drive) and a precision motor clamp.
3. This CNC bending machine requires no air pump, and ensures low noise andenvironmental friendliness.
4. A unique three-dimensional simulation process, two-dimensional designfile to be able to display three-dimensional effects enables full observationand monitoring of the whole working process.
5. The original double-bent parallel knife bending technology to save timeand greatly improve the processing efficiency. The maximum bending angle ofthis CNC channel letter bending machine is 135°.
6. The advertising production equipment ensures high precision machining. To bespecific, the feeding precision can reach 0.01mm and bending accuracy is upto 0.4°.
7. With a precision automatic calibration function, the machine can meet avariety of complex embedded processes to ensure maximum accuracy.
