The CF510L isthe liquid form of our CF510 AMPS terpolymerhigh temperature cement dispersant. It is a colorless or faint yellow viscousliquid, with a pH value of  5.0±1.0 and a density of1.15±0.05 g/cm3. This cement dispersant with slightly pungent odor iscompletely soluble in water and can be frozen at the temperature of -15℃.Our liquid AMPS terpolymer high temperaturecement dispersant is made up of 25% AMPS copolymer, 10% glycol and 65% Water,the CAS numbers of which are respectively 40623-75-4, 107-21-1 and 7732-18-5.The oral LD50 value of the glycol is 3460 mg/kg in rats. It can withstand thebottom high circulating temperature BHCT as high as 302℉or 150℃. With a common dosage of0.5-3.0% by weight of cement and a recommended amount of 1.5% (BWOC), thisdispersant is widely used in cement slurry for industrial purpose.

As the powder form of our CF510 AMPS terpolymerhigh temperature cement dispersant, the CF510S is composed of 98% AMPScopolymer with the CAS number of 40623-75-4. It is awhite powder and smells a little pungent. With 1.65±0.05 density relative towater and 0.50±0.10g/cm3 bulk density, this AMPS terpolymer high temperature cement dispersant is100% soluble in water. The 5% aqueous solution of our high temperature cementdispersant has a pH value of 5.0±1.0. When the bottom hole circulatingtemperature is lower than 302℉or 150℃, the cement dispersant withthe general dosage of 0.1-2.0% (BWOC) and the recommended amount of 0.5% (BWOC)is suitable for dry mixed and water mixed usage.
