CH410LHigh Temperature Cement Retarder

The CH410Lhigh temperature cement retarder coming in the form of brownliquid features a density of 1.15±0.05 g/cm3 and can be frozen when the temperature is at 5℃or lower. The pH value of the cement retarder ranges from 2.0 to 3.0.It is slightly pungent and can be completely dissolved in water. This high temperature cement retarderis mainly made of 60% water with the CAS number of 7732-18-5. The restingredients are separately 20% sodium glucoseheptylatewith the CAS number of 31138-65-5, and 10% dextrose anhydrate with the CASnumber of 50-99-7. There is also 10% anti-freezing glycol, which is slightlypoisonous and registered as the CAS number of 107-21-1. The oral LD50 for therats is 3460 mg/kg.

Our high temperature cement retarder can be added to thecement slurry for enhanced performance. It comes with a recommended dosage of 1.0% by weight of cement(BWOC). In addition, the common dosage of this high temperature cement retardergenerally ranged from 0.5% to 3.0% (BWOC). Thecement slurry with 6g CH410L high temperature cement retarder is also composed of 600g API Class Gcement, 210g silicon powder 24g (4%) AL110S micro-silica, and 342g mixed water.Under the test conditions of 120℃/61min, 73.9MPa, the cementslurry with 30Bc or less initial consistency needs200 min or more thickening time. In addition, the thickening time for theslurry with 40-100Bc consistency is 40min or less. When tested under theconditions of 90℃ and normal pressure, the freefluid in the cement slurry is less than or equal to3.5ml.
