CF610 AMPS QuadripolymerHigh Temperature Cement Dispersant

The CF610AMPS quadripolymer high temperature cement dispersantincludes CF610L colorless or faint yellow liquid and CF610S white powder, andeach of them comes with different physical and chemical properties andcompositions. The CF610S AMPS quadripolymer hightemperature cement dispersant is composed of 98% AMPS copolymer, which comeswith the CAS registry number of 40623-75-4. It is a slightly pungent powder,which has a bulk density of 0.50±0.10 g/cm3 and a relative density of1.65±0.05. This off-white AMPS quadripolymer hightemperature cement dispersant is completely soluble in water and has a pH valueof 5.0±1.0 when coming in the 5% aqueous solution. It is applicable to drymixed and water mixed cement.

The CF610L AMPS quadripolymer high temperaturecement dispersant consists of 65% water with the CAS number of 7732-18-5, andalso 25% AMPS copolymer with the CAS number of 40623-75-4. The rest 10% glycolwith the CAS number of 107-21-1 is slightly toxic to animals, and the oral LD50value for a rat is 3460 mg/kg. This colorless or faint yellow cement dispersantin the form of liquid is of viscosity and slightly pungent odor. It can befrozen when the temperature is lower than -10℃ and can be totally dissolvedin water.  Our CF610L AMPS quadripolymer high temperature cement dispersant alsofeatures 5.0±1.0 pH value and 1.15±0.05 g/cm3 density.

Our AMPS quadripolymer high temperaturecement dispersant functions well when the bottom hole circulatingtemperature is lower than 356℉ (180℃) inbrine system, or lower than 302℉ (150℃)(BHCT) in fresh water system.  The slurry with this added cement dispersanthas two different compositions. The cement slurry can be composed of  700g API class G (HSR) cement,  308g mixed water and 10.5g 1.5% CF610L AMPS quadripolymer high temperature cement dispersant. The othercomposition is that 700g API class G (HSR) cement, 308g water and3.5g 0.5%CF610S AMPS quadripolymer high temperature cementdispersant. In addition,the common dosage of the CF610L AMPS quadripolymerhigh temperature cement dispersant should be controlled with the range between0.5% and 3.0%, while the general dosage for the CF610S  cement dispersant ranges from 0.1% to 2.0%.The following table clearly introduces the slurry performance.
