The CX610L cement defoamercan quickly eliminate the foam generated in cement slurry and has no effect onproperties of cement slurry. This highly efficient cement defoamer usually adopts a dosage of 0.1-0.5% by weightof cement (BWOC). It is made up of 50% tributylphosphate, coming with the CAS number of 126-73-8. The cement defoamer also consists of 40%silicone oil with the CAS number of 63148-62-9 and 10% surface active agent. Itis a transparent and viscous liquid with no color or yellowish color, and hasslightly irritant odor. With a pH value of 6.0±1.0 and a density of 0.98±0.02g/cm3, this cement defoameralso achieves a freezing point of -24℃ orlower and can be completely soluble in water.When added to the cement slurry, it comes with a high defoaming rate of 90% or more.

Our cement defoamer with nocarcinogenicity slightly hurts the human body through skin or eye contact andaccidental inhalation or ingestion. In addition, it is also slightly toxic tofish and animal. It will cause slight irritation of eye and skin and has acertain stimulating effect on the mucosa, respiratory tract, oral cavity andstomach. Swallowing 100ml cement accelerator will bring about convulsions,paralysis, drowsiness, difficulties in breathing, etc. When the cement defoamer contacts the skin, theperson should put off the contaminated clothing and rinse it with soapy andclean water. If the cement defoamergets into the eye, the person should raise the eyelid and rinse it with plentyof clean water and physiological saline. When accidental inhalation happens,the person needs to breathe some fresh air immediately. Once ingesting thecement defoamer byaccident, the person needs to drink plenty of water to induce vomiting. If theabove mentioned measures didn’t work, the person should consult a doctorimmediately.

The nonflammable and inexplosivecement defoamer should bestored in a dry and cool place with exhaust ventilation. It should also beprevented from sun and rain, fire and heat, and also incompatible strongoxidizers. Our cement defoamerkept in the airtight container should be handled with care. The user shouldwear protective clothing and gloves for skin protection, as well as chemicalsplash goggles for eye protection. Dining, smoking, and water drinking on theworking site are all forbidden. When the cement defoamer is released accidentally, the user shouldfirst wear the above mentioned protective equipment, and then collect theleakage and clean the site. The fire fighting medium like foam, dry powder,carbon dioxide, and water can all be used to put out the fire caused by thecement defoamer. By theway, the packing materials need to be transferred to the dumping site forproper disposal, and the waste cement accelerator should be properly buried orhandled based on local environment requirements.
