Non-phosphorus Concrete Washing Liquid

The CW series ofnon-phosphorus concrete washing liquid with strong permeation can effectivelydisperse and wash the mud-cake generated during the well drilling process, soas to significantly improve the displacement efficiency. Our high performancenon-phosphorus concrete washing liquid includes CW110L and CW210L. TheCW110L type is a compound washing liquid that has no phosphorus, no toxicityand low foam, and  is mainly used forpreparing the washing-liquid and spacer-liquid in well cementing that drilledwith water-based mud. When applied to oil-based mud, it also achieves favorableresults. The CW210L non-phosphorus concrete washing liquid is a kind of pure,organic non-phosphorus, neutral, non-toxic and low-foam fluid used forpreparing the washing liquid and spacer liquid in well cementing that drilledwith oil-based cement fluid. It also produces good results when used forwater-based cement fluid. Theprepared solution consists of 24g 4% CW110L or CW210L non-phosphorusconcrete washing liquid and 600g water. When the rotating speed of  Fannviscometer with crude-treated rotor is 300r/min (Remove the internal vats), andthe temperature of solution is more than 38℃, theCW110L non-phosphorus concrete washing liquid can achieve a washing efficiencyof more than 60%, and the CW210L can achieve a washing efficiency  of more than 80%.The washing liquid prepared by our CW110L and CW210L non-phosphorusconcrete washing liquid should be tested for the compatibility with cementslurry. In addition, the CW110L and CW210L can not prepare washing liquid withadditive aqueous or high salinity water, or it may lead to bad results becauseof non-compatibility.By the way, our non-phosphorus concrete washing liquid is applied to industry only.

The CW110L non-phosphorus concrete washing liquid is composed of 20% modified polyvinylalcohol, which comeswith the CAS registry number of 9002-89-5. It is also made of 25% highmolecular polymer HO (C4H2O5Na2) nH, 5% pctassiumformate with the CAS numberof 590-29-4, and 50% water with the CAS number of 7732-18-5. The CW210Lnon-phosphorus concrete washing liquid comprises 50% water, 30% HO(C4H2O5M2)nH, 15% C22F17H19O5N2S,  as well as 5% formic acid  with the CAS number of 590-29-4.  The CW110L non-phosphorus concrete washingliquid is a kind of pink liquid, which comes with the density of 1.40±0.05g/cm3and the pH value of 13.0±1.0. This concrete washing liquid is slightly pungentand completely soluble in water. It has a freezing point of -2℃.While our CW210L non-phosphorus concrete washing liquid is a brown yellowliquid, which features a density of 1.05±0.05 g/cm3, a freezing point of≤-21(-5.8℉),and a pH value of 7.0±1.0. Both of these two non-phosphorus concrete washingliquid are slightly pungent, completely soluble in water and come with acertain viscosity. Theyare also applicable to the bottom hole circulatingtemperature lower than 356℉or 180℃.The CW110Lconcrete washing liquid generally adopts a dosage of 2.0-6.0% (BWOW), and a recommendedamount of 4.0% (BWOW). While the CW210L is efficient when coming with thegeneral dosage of 2.0-6.0% (BWOW) and the recommend amount of 4.0% (BWOW).

Toxic Information and First-aid Measures of the Non-phosphorus Concrete Washing Liquid
Withno carcinogenicity,this non-phosphorus concrete washing liquid is slightly toxic tohuman body and livingbeings such as fish and animal. It irritateseye and skin slightly through skin or eye contact, and has a stimulating effecton the oral cavity and stomach by accidental ingestion, as well as irritatesthe mucosal and respiratory tract of the person who inhales the additiveaccidentally. Swallow 100ml of our non-phosphorusconcrete washing liquidwill lead to breathing difficulties, convulsions,paralysis, drowsiness, and other symptoms. When the washing fluidcontaminates the clothing, the user should put off theclothing and rinse it with soapy and clean flowing water to avoid skin contact.When the concrete washing liquid gets into eyes, the person should raise theeyelid, and rinse it with plenty of clean flowing water and physiologicalsaline. Handling and Storage of theNon-phosphorusConcrete Washing Liquid
The user should wear necessary personal protectiveequipment whenhandling the non-phosphorus concrete washing liquid. For example, he or she needsto wear standard protective clothing and gloves for skinprotection, and chemical splash goggles for the protection of eye. Smoking,dining and water drinking are all forbidden on the working site. The non-phosphorusconcrete washing liquid should be kept in a closed container when not in use, stored ina dry and cool place withexhaust ventilation, and kept away from the heat and fire andincompatible materials like strong oxidizers. In addition, this concretewashing liquid shouldnot be exposed to the sun and rain. The wastenon-phosphorus concrete washing liquid should be properly buried or handledaccording to local environment requirement, and the waste packing materialsshould also betransferred to the dumping site and disposed properly. When the non-phosphorus concrete washingliquid is on fire, the user can use foam,dry powder, carbon dioxide, water and other fire-fighting medium to put outthe fire. Oncethe non-phosphorus concrete washing liquid is released accidentally, the usershould immediately wear the personal protective equipment, collect theavailable leakage, and clean the spill site.
