Our 1000 single layer stretch film making machine features itsdriving motor with a high working power of 18.5KW. Such a high efficient motorcan give its screw a revolving speed of 0-80r/min. Therefore it can work at avery high efficiency. For example its extruding speed can reach 80-100kg per hour. We adopt stainless steelheating ring for our film making machine film as its heater. This heater has the working power of 25KW and fourheating sections. The temperature generated by the heater is controlled by anadvanced automatic control system in order to ensure the security ofmanufacture. Our 1000 single layer stretch film maker is equipped withcloth hanger type mould which is 1200mmwide. The width of its mould nozzle is 0.2mm to 2mm.the width of finished film is 950mmand thickness is 0.05mm. Theheating power of mould is 16.4Kw and heating area contains five parts. Theexclusive multi point regulation system can make the finished film betterdistributed.  Our stretch film makingmachine adopts water cooling device, fraction type rewinder,edge trimmer and waste recycler so as to make the finished roll of film lookperfect.
