With the simplified structurecombined with a direct and permanent bond ofhigh-power LED and MSC3, ceramic balls can createideal operating conditions for entire assembly.Controlling the conduction of heat, they do not only increasethe life time but also equally stabilizes the LED’s color. Moreover,getting rid of the heat offers our LED light product another importantadvantage, a high luminous flux.
