Our 500 single layer stretch filmmaking machine has small occupation area and dead weigh. Its dimensions are L6.0×W1.5×H2.5m and its overall weight is three tons.This type of our film maker has rational designed structure.  It is equipped with the screw with the diameter of 55mm. Its mould is 650mm wide and its finished film is 500mm wide and 0.015 to 0.05mm thick. The winding diameter of thisfilm making equipment is 300mm.Our 500single layer stretch film maker features an 11KW driving motor which can makethe revolving speed of the screw reach 0-80r/min and output speed reach 30kg per hour. The charging cylinder of our film generator is equipped with stainlesssteel heating ring whose heating power reaches 25KW. The heater hasthree heating sections controllable automatically. We adopt single layerextruder and distributor for this machine and the materials we take use of tomake these two parts are both SM3Cr2Mo steel which has even thickness, goodwear resistance and long service life.
