Gear Box of PD135Y Bulldozer
The gear box is equipped with planetary gear transmission mechanism, and assembled by planetary gear train and disk clutch, with forward three-speed and backward three-speed configuration. The five disk clutches in the planetary gear are used to control movement of the machine and all the gear shifts. Under the influence of hydraulic control valve, the gears are engaged by hydraulic pressure.

The torque converter is of the single stage , single phrase, 3 elements hydraulic type, with reasonable structure and excellent reliability, which provide optimum match with the machine. The torque converter connected with the engine shock-absorber ensures good auto adaptability, easy and flexible operation, simplified mechanism and high reliability of the bulldozer.

Final Drive of PD135Y Bulldozer
Straight double reduction gear is adopted for final drive, with large carrying capacity, stable transmission and long service life.

Developed on the basis of 6114 diesel engine, D9 engine has its main parts set in a more optimized way and has more superiority, in addition to maintaining the advantages of 6114 diesel engine. Hence, D9 engine is ideal for medium-and heavy-duty loaders with high torque.
