CO2 Tire Inflator/Steel Cylinder

The CO2 steel cylinder is suitable for inflating thetires of bicycle and motorcycle. It is easy to use and convenient to carry. Thetire inflator can help you get back on the road quickly as the inflationprocess can be completed within 3 seconds. In addition, CO2, anatural and pure gas, can protect the tires from being damaged by theheat the motorcycle generates duringdriving. How to Use the CO2 Steel Cylinder?
1. Use covering or wrapthe CO2 steel cylinder with rag.
2. Check the style of tire valve, and then decide which adaptor to use.
3. First remove tire valve cap, link and rotate one side of adaptor with valve.Second, link another side with CO2 canister slowly.
4. After the repair is finished, first remove the valve side of adaptor (don’tremove the canister side first, otherwise the gas will escape from tire).
5. Replace the tire valve cap and check the air pressure right away.

Please take thefollowing notes into account when using the CO2canister.
Don’t inhale.
Don’t remove canister until it is empty.
Avoid direct exposure to sunlight (don’t exceed 113℉/45℃).
Store it in a dry,cool place.
When the CO2 canister starts to discharge CO2, its temperature instantly dropsto -64℉/53℃, so use covering or wrapthe canister with rag before use to avoid damage caused by freezing.

Instructions for using inflatorand CO2 canister together
1. Tighten the red inflator knob.
2. Thread on CO2 canister clockwise.
3. Screw inflator onto tire valve clockwise.
4. Unscrew red inflator knob counterclockwise to release CO2 into tube.
5. Be sure to close red inflator knob to stop CO2 whentire is at desired pressure.

3. Thread on tire seal/rubber plug in hook tool until one half ofthe tire seal/rubber plug.
4. Push the tire seal/rubber plug into the hole until 1/2 of the tireseal/rubber plug remains outside the tire, and then pull out hook tool slowly.
5. Cut excess tire seal/rubber plug as close to the tire as possible.
6. If puncture is too big, please find a professional repairing shop to do therepair work.
