The HZS series concrete batching plant is composed of a material feeding and measuring system, agitating system, electrical control system andpneumatic control system, etc. It can beused in all kinds of prefabricated-component factories as well as industriesand civil construction. Equipped with auto controldevices and sensors, the concretebatching plant has an automaticcorrection function and memory function.
The main machine uses a JS series doublehorizontal shaft forced mixer featuring excellent mixing quality and highefficiency. The batching machine uses aPL series batching machine which can be freely designed according to the requirements of thecustomer. With electronic scale, themeasurement of the aggregate powder is reasonable and precise. The aggregates are transported by its hopper. Thepressurized water canspray out, mixwith the material rapidly andwash the mixer thoroughly at the same time.
All kinds of electric components from worldfamous manufacturers guaranteethe stability of the electric control system. The complete assembly is composed of international standard components. Withmodular organization, the concrete batching plant achieves easyoperation and convenient maintenance.
