The blister packaging machine is among our dominantproducts. Its parts contacting medicines are made of stainless steel andinnocuous materials, and it meets “GMP” requirements. It is the ideal pharmaceuticalpackaging machine for its steady operation and high performances.

Characteristics
1. The integrated machine can be packed separately to move into the liftwith the width 2.2 m andinto the divided purifying workshop. The blister packaging machine is easy toassemble the clamping screw.
2. Mould and guide rail should be designed separately. When changing mould, itonly needs to change the whole guide rail and mould pressing plate. It's easyto disassemble.
3. Photoelectric compensating mechanism is used to the diagrams and lettersregistered on the printed ALU foil.
4. Main motor uses frequency speed regulation.
5. The length of stroke can be designed according to the customer'srequirement. It also can be adjusted through PLC control panel.
6. The forming heating plate can open and close automatically.

8. Upper and lower couple contacts heat sealing.
9. The feeding rate of irregular-shaped tablet can be improved by double-actingfeeder, and feeding rate is also raised by high speed operation (suitable forAL/PL packing).
10. At the end or cutting stop of PVC, the blister packaging machine hasfunctions of auto-alarm and auto-stop, and is associated with emergency stopsafety device.
