Generaldescription
Trypsin is a kind of serine proteolytic enzyme, with molecular weight of 23,300 dalton, and is a singlepeptide chain composed of 223 amino acid residues. With rigorous specificity,the trypsin specifically acts on the peptide linkageconstituted by the basic amino acid arginine and leucine. Enzyme easily autolyzes by itself, and its activation alsoreduces or loses gradually. It is easily soluble in the water, but insoluble intrichloromethane, ethanol, ether and glycerin, andthe optimum PH is 8.0~9.0. When the PH is 1.8, it is hardly deactivated whenboiled for a short time; if the salt is added into the hot solution, theprotein will precipitate, and the enzyme action of filtrate cannot be seen, andCa2 plays the role in protecting and activating the trypsin.

Twocontainers are placed in one heat insulated box inwhich contains 10kg productstotally, and cooling agent is available in the heat insulated box.

Every 2.5kg product is packaged in one container,inside of which is lined with an aluminum foil bag to keep products out of thelight. The aluminum container is placed in a poly heat-insulated box which isfilled with cooling agent.

4. 1kg aluminum container packaging
Every 1kg product is packaged in one container,inside of which is lined with an aluminum foil bag to keep products out of thelight. The aluminum container is placed in a poly heat-insulated box which isfilled with cooling agent.

Eachpaperboard container contains 5-10kg products, and inside of the container is lined with an aluminum foil bag tokeep products out of the light. The container is filled with cooling agent.
