Automatic Cartoning Machine AC-1
The automatic cartoning machine consistsof leaflets folding (1-4folds) and feeding, cardboard box forming, feeding andembossing, box tongues at both sides and so on. The whole process is finishedautomatically. And it can connect with our blister packaging machine to formautomatic packaging connect line.
Characteristics
1. With mechanical drives and frequency speed regulation, it stopsautomatically if it is overloaded.
2. Controlled by PLC, automatic detecting for no sheets or leaflets andautomatic waiting without sheets.
3. The automatic cartoning machine is equipped withfinished product counting and error displaying device.
Application
The automatic cartoning machine (bottles-cartons) iswidely used in cardboard box packaging for medicine (blister package) plate, orplastic bottle (glass bottle) automatically.
