Horizontal lifting clamp
High strength, small size, quenched teeth, wearproof, anti-slip; for horizontal lifting, placed symmetrically on two side of the balance lifting beam; 4 pieces in a set; for ultra-long plate, 6 pieces are needed; safety factor 4;

Reversal lifting clamp
High strength, small size, quenched teeth, wearproof, anti-slip; for horizontal lifting, 4 pieces in a set. For vertical plates 2 pieces is enough; don’t stop during lifting in order to avoid drop ping; safety factor 4;

Large plate lifting clamp
Under the balance beam, the rope forms a triangle with sheaves to make the clamp fix with the plate; keep horizontal movement, avoid tilt; safety factor- 3;

Billet lifting clamp
High strength, small size, quenched hook tip, wearproof, placed symmetrically under the balance beam; safety factor- 4;

Steel tube lifting clamp
Determine the specifications of hook according to specifications of steel tubes. The curved bearing surface does no damage to steel tube.

Scrap standard:
The body has any obvious permanent deformations.
To be above 10% of section wear on body according original size.
Any crack on body.
Tensile test failed.
