Guitar Tune-Up

Immediately after the guitar is set up, our tuning experts would use advanced instruments to try out each set of guitar, set intonation, and adjust the string height to avoid it buzzing against frets. All they do is make sure we produce high quality guitars that not only sound great but also play smooth. For electric guitars, we also make a point to check if all electrical parts are functioning properly.

Our expert tuners carefully adjust the tone of each guitar string. When this was done, they would go back to fine tune the guitar as a whole. For each adjustment made to the string, the guitar neck needs to be reset correspondingly, in terms of neck relief and bow, to counteract that change in pull of the guitar string.
