Technical Parameters of Oil Sludge Treatment Plant

1. The oil sludge treatment plant features a 24-hour continuous operation design. The sudden interruption of power supply will not cause economic losses or any potential safety hazards. It shows good stability and security.
2. The waste generated during the oil sludge treatment process will be collected directly in a pool, then passed through a treatment device. There is no wastewater discharge, no air pollution and no solid waste emission.
3. PLC control system is adopted to achieve automated operation and eliminate manual labor.
4. The thermal oil boiler is applied. Fuel is either natural gas or fuel oil.
5. Class 3 power supply, dIIBT4 (or higher) explosion-proof level, and IP55 (or higher) rating.
6. The skid-mounted containerized mobile oil sludge treatment plant is easy to move. It shortens the installation and construction time.
