Relying on well-constructed infrastructure in road, power supply, water supply, heat supply, natural gas supply, sewage treatment, telecommunication and land leveling, Jiangsu Rudong economic development zone is proud to offer the optimum environment for investment.

1. Road
All roads in the development zone are constructed in line with the standards of urban trunk roads.

2. Power Supply
There are two 110KV substations and one thermal power plant in the zone. They ensure uninterruptible power supply. If required, we can build exclusive power supply lines for enterprises.

3. Water Supply
Daily water supply capacity is up to 80,000m3. Pressure for water supply is not less than 0.3MPA.

4. Heat Supply
Annual heat supply capacity reaches 1 million tons, with steam pressure of more than 1.0-1.3MPA and the maximum temperature up to 300℃. Uninterruptible heat supply is available.

5. Natural Gas Supply
Up to 200,000m3 natural gas can be supplied per day.

6. Sewage Treatment
Daily sewage treatment capacity of the industrial zone is up to 40,000 tons. Industrial sewage can not be pumped into sewage network until it reaches Class 3 discharge standard.

7. Telecommunication
All in optical fiber access system

REDZ provides comfortable and gracious services with all kinds of necessary supporting facilities for living and commercial convenience such as hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, schools, banks, entertainment facilities, intermediary agencies and public transportation, etc.

Public Rental Housing
At REDZ, we have built a public rental housing complex for enterprise employees, which includes dormitory building with 1280 rooms and talent apartment of 320 suites. In additional, auxiliary commercial complex covers an area of 6296 square meters. The public rental housing can accommodate 6000 persons after completion.
