Handpiece Assembly Workshop

ODI is a thriving beauty care machinery manufacturer in China. Our hand piece assembly workshop covers an area of more than 300 square meters and houses our thermage treatment head assembly line, laser handle and accessories assembly line, E-light handle and accessories assembly line, and thermage and ultrasonic knife handle and accessories assembly line.

Thermage treatment head assembly line
Our thermage treatment head assembly line needs 3-4 operators to weld wire, paste film, cover caps, and install chips. This thermage treatment head features a vibrating function for better therapeutic effect.

Laser handle and accessories assembly line
In our laser handle and accessories assembly line, we install the cavity, laser light, laser rod, front mirror, rear mirror, and outer cover. We also dim and adjust the focal length and tilt of the lens as needed and check the water flow and sealing is good so the laser handle can effectively cool down.

E-light handle and accessories assembly line
For the E-light handle and accessories line, the process is the same as the laser handle and accessories assembly line. We also install chips and change filters as needed.

Thermage and ultrasonic knife handle and accessories assembly line
Our thermage and ultrasonic knife handle and accessories assembly line requires 2 molds which ODI formed. In this assembly line, we install wires, weld the main board and install cases, which are made of temperature-resistant ABS material that can withstand -40℃. The inspection motor is imported from Korea.
