Qidong's pre-cleaner removes 99% of coarse impurities from fine grains in food processing and animal feed pelleting industry. Inside the drum is a rotary screw that enables excellent cleaning results. As fibrous matters and rice straws are tumbled in the drum, they gradually form a mass and exit the drum along the screw direction.

Low power consumption, high output capacity, and reliable operation are three major benefits involved in the use of a pre-cleaner, though the equipment is also easy to repair and take up little floor space. Suitable for cleaning animal feeds, flour, grains, and crushed rice.
