In the multi-tier conveyor oven, extruded foods are continuously subjected to high heat that carries off moisture of the extruded food. The oven can operate on oil or gas, circulating hot air over the food being baked. Chain speed is adjustable to demand from production line. Features of Steam Dryer
1. The conveyor on this drying oven uses double-pitch roller chain for motion transmission. As the chain carries the food to and fro, it runs stably throughout the process without blockage occurring. Variable frequency drive allows the conveyor to deliver a variety of speeds to meet real-time needs from the process line.
2. Drying temperature and time is adjustable to produce excellent drying results.
3. Combustion system saves energy and delivers uniform heat across the oven allowing food to be heated evenly.
4. The steam dryer is mainly comprised of the spreader, entrance zone, drying oven, exit zone, conveyor, and supporting legs.
5. The spreader moves left and right, placing foods evenly on the conveyor belt. Its range of movement can be adjusted.
6. Five tiers of conveyor belts ensure foods are heated uniformly and thoroughly without damage.
7. Between the outer and inner oven door is the air channel where hot air circulates. Air inlets and outlets can be freely arranged.
8. Drying time and air volume can be controlled according to customer's needs.
9. The front inspection door facilitates daily maintenance and repair.
