Hygloves is a qualified manufacturer of safety gloves with more than twenty years of experience manufacturing Firefighting, Rescue & Extrication, oilfield, mechanics, sports, gardening and premium grade leather gloves. We utilize our experience in the design and manufacturing of premium quality work gloves offering the best in fit, comfort, flexibility and protection.

1. Synchronized sewing machine, Hailing
2. Programmable pattern sewing machine, Mitsubishi
3. Over-lock sewing machine
4. ZD630A needle detector machine.
5. Instruments for EN388 tests, including tensile strength, cut resistance, abrasion resistance and puncture resistance. We have our own in-house test lab which utilizes the same test machine as SATRA.
Total manufacturing capacity can reach 360,000 to 1,200,000 pairs per month.

IV. Regular Training
Skillful workers ensure production efficiency without compromising quality, resulting in cost control and on-time delivery. Our seamstresses, in general have an average of 3 to 5 years of sewing experience.

V. Customization
For custom orders, we can provide multiple choices of logo designs utilizing embroidery, printing and stitching (rubber badge). Over the years we have cooperated with multiple international corporations producing name brand gloves.

VI. Functional, Imported Material
Fire proof leather, oil resistant and water proof fabrics, quick drying and sweat absorbing fabrics are all used in our gloves and play a key part in producing unique, comfortable and reliable gloves.
