Preparation
Prior to the steel casting process, we confirm all design, technical, and delivery requirements with our customers. We then finalize a processing plan and prepare all related materials.

Mold testingUsing customer designs and drawings as a template, our technicians can create models and charts to be sent to the production department. We can then make the molds and begin testing.
Smelting and MoldingSmelting: Materials are sorted by chemical composition and are then loaded into intermediate frequency furnaces for smelting. When the metals reach the desired chemical composition and temperature, tapping is conducted.Molding: Molds are constructed with a hollow cavity shaped to the desired form of the casting. The inside is lined with a refractory coating that solidifies and dries. It is then ready for pouring.
PouringThe molten metal is then poured into the molds that have been tested and are qualified for use using a ladle.
Heat PreservationAfter pouring, the mold is placed in a heat preservation area that allows the metal to slowly solidify to keep its shape.
Heat TreatmentAfter heat preservation, we perform heat treatment on the steel cast parts to maintain its austenite matrix structure, relieve inner stress, and guarantee an outstanding service life.
MachiningOnce the wear parts are cast, they require further finishing and machining in order to meet customer specifications. The equipment that we use to finish these castings include 7 sets of 1.8-2.7m gantry milling machines and 23 sets of Φ1.6m-5m vertical lathes. We can customize industrial castings from 50kg to 15 tons.
Product TestAll of our machined castings are thoroughly tested before packaging and delivery. We use state-of-the-art test equipment including size gauges, direct-reading spectrometers, metallographic microscopes, and high frequency IR carbon and sulfur analyzers.
