In order to improve tobacco grade, tobacco leaves need to be sorted before the moisture regaining process. The dried tobacco leaves are easy to break and cause dust as they are sorted. Not only is this dust harmful to people’s health, but also results in economic loss to the manufacturer. In order to avoid this, humidification equipment is used. By keeping the relative humidity of the workshop around 80%, flying dust and the breakage rate of the tobacco leaves are reduced.
