We aim to be your one-stop metal casting service provider so as to save your time and investment. To achieve this purpose, we also provide our customers with casting further processing services, including heat treatment, machining, surface treatment, etc. With these value added services, your casting parts will be ready to use as soon as you get them.


1. Heat Treatment
Depending on the casting material and customers’ requirements and our engineers’ advice, we select an appropriate heat treatment method, such as normalizing, annealing, quenching and tempering, induction hardening, carburizing, or nitriding.
Heat treatments make the final grey iron castings and ductile iron castings stronger and more durable.

2. Machining
According to the customers’ requests, we can use a series of CNC machine tools to give a rough or fine finish to the casting parts.




We regularly update our machining equipment so that our machined castings are done well and accurately. Our equipment includes one horizontal machining center, five vertical machining centers, four high-speed CNC vertical lathes, six CNC horizontal lathes, and drilling and milling machines.

3. Surface Treatment
Surface treatments not only make the metal castings look better, they also prevent rusting. Our surface treatments include rust-proof, painting, powder coating, zinc plating, hot dip galvanizing and chemical blacking.

If nothing specific is requested, we generally use Fuchs’s water-based anti-rust agent in our rust-proof treatment.
