Main Operating Principles

The operational parameters of the whole process are set via the human-computer interface (touch screen). You only need to set the parameters once and then it will run automatically.


1. After crates filled with products are put into retort sterilizer, retort door and safety interlock device should be closed.
2. Pour process water till it reaches designated position. Please make sure the process water does not soak products (required only in the first cycle)
3. Process water can achieve required heat distribution by means of the below large-scale circulation: pump-filter-heat exchanger-pipeline-spray device-crate-retort bottom
4. During the whole cycle, back pressure is controlled via two automatic valves, which inject or release compressed air.
5 When water pump stops and acoustic-optical signal appears, this cycle of sterilization is over. At this moment, you are allowed to open door, unload crates and prepare for next cycle of sterilization.

Main Stages

1.Heating stage
Steam is allowed directly into retort or through heat exchanger to heat process water to designated temperature.
2. Retention stage
Temperature and pressure keep stable according to set values.
3. Cooling stage
Pump cooling water into heat exchanger and it will cool retort via a control valve in accordance with preset curve. Cooling water will not touch products and it is reusable.


(Note: several rounds of the above stages can be set in every sterilization cycle)

Extremely low maintenance cost. Tube-type heat exchanger is almost maintenance-free, and all the parts except for water pump are static.


4. Energy Saving
It minimizes steam consumption. Steam and atomized sterilization water can conduct thermal mixing directly in retort to speed up heating.
Fast circulation of small amount of process water leads preset sterilization temperature to be reached within shortest time.
