Sustainable Development

The final goal of MCA is to provide our customers with the best VRLA batteries including absorbed glass mass (AGM) batteries and gel electrolyte batteries while maximally reducing environmental impact. We have paid much attention to worker’s heath and environment protection.

During the whole production processes, MCA workers must wear anti-poison respirator and working suits. Every day, we offer workers soybean milk to help them get rid off lead in their body. When getting off work, they will take a bath in the factory and change clean clothes before going home. Their working suits will be left in the factory, washed and disinfected by machines. So, workers can go home without any harmful substance. And every 6 month, workers will have health examination to confirm body condition.

MCA possesses a full set of environmental protection equipment. In the assembling workshop, there is lead power pumping machine to draw off the lead powder in the air. In the battery charging workshop, the windows are equipped with watering system and big fans to keep the whole working place cool and ventilated, with no heavy acid air sustained in the workshop. What’s more, we have equipped a complete set of waste water treatment system which can reduce the wastage release, and is beneficial to nearby environment.

MCA strictly follows the standards of ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 to ensure high quality, environment friendly and healthy production. We always take sustainable development into great consideration. Only in this way can we produce the most popular maintenance free batteries. In addition, we are one of the only two companies Foshan city who have got the government permission for battery manufacturing.
